Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpret between Malaysian doctors and Japanese patients (Japanese English).
  • Assist at the reception desk, greeting and guiding patients.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support clinic operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in English for interpretation purposes (medical knowledge or terminology not required).
    • For JS applicants, N2 level or higher in Japanese is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
