Female candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a medical-related field (e.g. Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science).
0–2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison/Consultant
OR relevant experience in clinical, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, retail pharmacies, or medical customer service centers.
Candidates with 1–2 years' experience in pharmacovigilance, quality check, or call center/customer service quality assurance will be prioritized.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in handling doctor and patient interactions.
Strong sense of responsibility, high attention to detail, and capable of working under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work comfortably in English system interfaces.
