Job description

RM4,000.00/bln - RM6,000.00/bln

Responsibilities

  • Platform-based media buying, specifically across (but not limited to) Google AdWords, Facebook/Instagram ads manager.
  • Plan desired media buys based on a strong understanding of client goals, target audiences and budget.
  • Create strong media proposals.
  • Continuously monitor & optimize campaigns to align with overall campaign KPIs & goals.
  • Present detailed analysis of campaign results and provide ongoing strategic recommendations and actionable insights to our clients and team, backed by social data.
  • Ensure all media planning and processes follow best practices.
  • Provide comprehensive reports that are easily understood by clients, in regards to campaign performance, GA, recommendations and next steps.
  • Manage media budget and ad spend efficiently, keeping track of monthly/campaign budget spend for record keeping.
  • Keep informed with new features for ads platform and digital landscape, and share with the team to see how best to utilize it for clients.
  • Work together with the social creative team and analytic team to plan content that works for FB & Google from a media perspective. Advise them what works and what does not through data, insights or industrial benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
  • Analytic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and proven experience developing and managing performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving technologies & related platforms, especially Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and has a love for data and numbers.
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Completion of Google certification and Facebook blueprint is a plus.
