Mechanical Process Engineer

• New product process design and development.
• Evaluate fixture/automation equipment to support operator assembly.
• Product abnormal analysis and provide temporary & long-term solutions.
• Prepare fixture & tools list for the whole project.
• Laser carving machine setup & adjustment as per customer requirements.
• Auxiliary materials confirmation and reduce cost & usage for each material.
• Incoming issue analysis and provide temporary and long-term solutions to related departments.
• When a new type of auxiliary material is found, send it for ORT testing and obtain all related reports from the supplier, such as ROHS, TDS, and MSDS reports.

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with Excel, Word, PPT, AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
