Supervise and approve construction activities and coordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions, and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required.
Organize, coordinate, and supervise construction activities in accordance with construction schedules, monitor and review to complete the works on time and within budget.
Resolve difficulties and problems in discussion with contractor representatives and, if necessary, also with the Construction Superintendent.
Assist, as required, the Construction Warehouse Organization with inspection of material and equipment received and the preventive maintenance of equipment stored.
Handle all aspects of Mechanical Construction activities including site investigations and site surveys.
Work closely with other client Construction Managers.
Report to client Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at the site, progress reporting, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Manage the completion of all required deliverables including scope of work write-ups, isometrics, piping plans, tie-in lists, construction photos, and bills of materials.
Coordinate with client and construction personnel to ensure the client's input and job requirements are adequately addressed and implemented consistently with the contractual requirements.
