Job Responsibilities:

• To provide technical support, troubleshooting, planning and implementation of maintenance activities and tasks to ensure smooth running of production.
• To provide technical support for project implementation and monitoring.
• Manpower supervision and daily activities arrangement.
• Liaise with production personnel on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance issues.
• Management of daily, monthly consumable and spare parts control.
• Liaise with the relevant regulatory authorities on machineries compliance, report and permit renewal issues, i.e. DOSH, BOMBA, DOE, and etc.
• Budget planning and cost control for cost center groups 355011 and 355021.
• Plans and implement daily, weekly, monthly and yearly routine maintenance programs and emergency recovering plans.
• Comprehensive records keeping of all maintenance activities.
• Assist to develop and enhance existing maintenance program or procedure to be more proactive manner.
• To ensure good housekeeping is maintained at workshop and responsible areas.
• To comply with company’s rules & regulations.
• Perform any other job/function that may be assigned to him by his superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferable in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
• With direct experience in similar function and supervisory experience of technicians.
• Project management and electrical engineering experience is an added advantage.
