Mechanical Engineer

Job Purpose:

• Lead and manage mechanical activities to achieve maximum reliability and availability, production targets with safety, and optimize maintenance costs to meet COMPANY production operation requirements, strategies, and objectives.

Qualification And Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experienced engineer with at least 7 years of experience, preferably in rotating equipment (maintenance or project).
• Engineering expertise in Mechanical Engineering and broad knowledge of other disciplines.

Description:

• Lead and develop a mechanical equipment life cycle plan (52 weeks and 5 years) to meet operation requirements and maximize reliability of the production plant.
• Ensure the execution of mechanical work to maintain plant uptime and pump availability for produced water injection, produced water booster, and reboiler circulation pumps in a safe manner.
• Plan and participate in the budget of mechanical maintenance activities, balancing reliability and integrity with maintenance and inspection expenses to meet budget planning.
• Knowledge in design and manufacturing.
• Good understanding of mechanics and materials.
• Good understanding of dynamics and control.
