Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the mechanical systems within the facility.
• Design and develop jigs, fixture or custom tools required for the manufacturing process.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Identify and solve technical problems related to machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide training and guidance to operators on new machinery, equipment and processes.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes: CNC Machine setup, machining, cylindrical grinding and machinery maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in CAD/CAM software (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Familiarity with 3D printing/additive manufacturing tools is a plus.
• Awareness of ISO standards, ISO 9001.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex operation issues.
• Proven experience in mechanical engineering (2-3 years working experience).
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
