- Plans and supervises the M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, etc.) in buildings and infrastructure construction.
- Co-ordinates the M&E works with the other ongoing site works.
- Supervises contractors and workers to complete the M&E works within the given budget and timeline.
- Advises on problem determination and solutions of M&E nature.
- Interfaces with the other building professionals on M&E matters.
