Preparing monthly, weekly and daily work programs.
Checking, resolving, clarifying inconsistencies in drawing well before work is carried out.
Attending technical meetings or sub-construction information between all parties.
Communicating correct and up-to-date construction information between all parties.
Relating all instructions from Project manager to sub-contractor.
Preparing or compiling technical information (shop drawing, coordinated service drawing) to facilitate works at site.
Supervising and coordinating works amongst sub-contractor.
Checking sub-contractors work to eliminate mistakes and abortive works.
Liaising with consultant’s representatives at site.
Coordinating and witnessing performance of important inspection and tests.
Assisting sub-contractors to solve site problems.
Advising sub-contractors on technical matters.
Ensuring sub-contractors compliance to specification.
Checking and verifying supervisor’s daily progress records.
Verifying works done by sub-contractors.
Requirements:
Possess Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering / Building Technology / Construction Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 – 4 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
Must be dynamic, resourceful, a team player, committed and result-oriented.
Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
Experience in operating programming tools like Primavera or other project management software would be definite advantage.
Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
