Mechanical Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities & Authorities

1. Planning, tracking and expediting project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
2. Planning and optimizing resources.
3. Ensuring all project correspondences are timely updated.
4. Coordinating project requirements and targets.
5. Maintaining up-to-date VDML submissions and being responsible for successful kick-off meetings both internally and externally, as well as ITP execution.
6. Timely reporting of project updates and budget expenditures.
7. Performing any other responsibilities assigned by management.
8. Working in multiple locations: Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, and Lumut Sitiawan, Perak.

Education & Experience

1. Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural / Civil).
2. Experience in Oil & Gas Project Management or Services.

Skills & Knowledge

1. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.
2. Minimum of 4 years in engineering project management, project execution, or any related fields.
3. Possess leadership and management skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Enthusiastic, hardworking, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
