Job Responsibilities:

1. Installation of motorcycle accessories (suspension, sports rim, foot rest system), inside engine & exhaust systems.
2. Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure proper installation and functionality of accessories.
3. Inspect motorcycles for any pre-existing damage and inform customers of any necessary repairs or replacements.
4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their accessory preferences and provide recommendations when necessary.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly utilized and stored.
6. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of accessories and parts, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions related to accessory installation and motorcycle customization.
8. Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Management / superior.

Requirements:

1. A passion for motorcycles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Min SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous experience working with motorcycles or automotive mechanics is preferred.
4. Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories.
5. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
6. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
7. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the field of motorcycle mechanics.
