Job description

Job Responsibility

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, specifically in payroll and compensation & benefits.

  1. Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the firm to include, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
  2. Support the process of onboarding such as orientation, info sharing, uniform issuance, laptop issuance and probation period evaluation. Employee offboarding process such as letter preparation, exit interview etc.
  3. Manage and deliver the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks.
  4. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  5. Assist in compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
  6. Assist in performance management processes including staff performance counseling and updating employment confirmation.
  7. Maintain, update, and file employment records (hardcopy and electronic).
  8. Assist in foreign worker management, work pass application and renewals for foreign hires, arrangement with PIC and agency.
  9. Manage employee accommodation, liaising with PIC and owner for hostel issue and tenancy renewal.
  10. Draft email announcements and prepare letters regarding HR issues such as verification letter, visa application, letter of undertaking, testimonial, performance notices, warning letters, confirmation letter, offer letter etc.
  11. Administer eLeave management system, and other leave matters related to resignation, interns, professional study, etc.
  12. Employee Relations such as event planning, liaising with PIC.
  13. Handle employee queries. Be the primary contact for the employees and business line leaders that seek support on HR processes, policies, etc.
  14. Maintain and process monthly payroll, statutory contributions for the employees.
  15. Prepare reports related to HR department needs.
  16. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of related experience in Human Resources Management, specialized in payroll, compensation and benefits.
  3. Experience in HRMS (Info-tech) and managing several sub-companies will be added advantages.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, multitasking.
  5. Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  6. Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite.
  7. Possess own transportation, required travel within Klang Valley.
