Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Propose, design and develop the playbook to document process for GLE from Data Management perspectives.
• Support master data setup (consultation, creation and maintenance) in Global Launch Excellence (GLE) Projects by collaborating with GLE team and ensuring that required master data are created as per milestone timeline.
• Propose, design and develop the playbook to document process for New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from Data Management perspectives.
• To have comprehensive visibility of product launch from GLE and NPI projects and tracking and monitoring of corresponding EDM timelines.
• Assist all Master Data Management related activities for production in the Global Enterprise Data Management organization and other project initiatives.
• Support key master data domains e.g. material master, business partner (vendor and customer), pricing data/conditions/strategy in sales and procurement function.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Data Operations and Supply Chain team to align the global master data set up in SAP S4 and company MDM solution Semarchy.
• Support material master related maintenance and governance activities on global MDM solution Semarchy.
• Assist in regional execution and support of master data maintenance using Cloudia system in Asia region.
• Define and continue to enrich EDM master data management standards, best practices, and governance policies following the industry standards for Santen.
• Ensure compliance with data governance rules, data privacy and security policies in EDM and company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; SAP certification/s highly preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Master Data Management role, SAP Materials Management and Logistics (direct and indirect procurement and inventory management) as well as participation in full lifecycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required.
• Hands-on experience in Master Data tools such as SAP, Semarchy. Familiarity with SAP Material Management integration to MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, etc.
• Experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle of master data management project implementation.
• Experience of working with pricing condition types and relevant master data, investigation and troubleshooting for pricing related issues in invoices and costing.
• Expert in material master management covering basic material master, procurement, manufacturing BoM, order-to-cash, etc.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Development of project documentation, requirements gathering, status reporting and project management methodology knowledge required.
• KL Sentral, hybrid work arrangement, 5 days week, 6 months contract with full benefits, subject to extension.
