Master Data Manager

Position Summary

To make sure that all required master data are properly maintained by the centralized data management team to allow the stakeholders to perform their activities on-time and with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure master data readiness for smooth daily operational process work.
2. Enable orchestration on new master data requirements & centralized master data management.
3. Collaborate with the Excellence Stewards to ensure that data standards are clear and consistent.
4. Support in new master data creation during the transition process to the new centralized operating model.
5. Act as a single point of contact to ensure smooth planning processes execution.
6. Manage the SLAs.
7. Ensure templates and rules for new master data entry are available.
8. Perform master data health-checks to identify missing or incorrect master data.

What will make you successful:

• +2 years of experience in a data management role, familiar with data governance principles, data quality management, and data maintenance processes. Ability to identify and resolve data issues, perform data cleansing and enrichment activities, and adhere to data management best practices.
• +2 years of experience working in a multinational setting, collaborating with diverse teams across different geographic locations and cultural backgrounds. Adaptable, culturally sensitive, and capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders from various regions to ensure consistent and standardized master data management practices across the organization.

Academic Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or Computer Science.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree and 2+ years of experience.
