Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Execute programming tasks related to Master Data Applications and Interfaces across a variety of platforms, including C#, PL/SQL, and SAP-based applications.
• Manage and resolve Remedy HD (Helpdesk) Incidents and Change Request (CR) Tickets. Remedy serves as the central IT ticketing system at Infineon.
• Responsible for performing applications CRs (Change Request) from the Application Owner on a monthly basis, prioritizing them according to urgency.
• Assist in solving incidents where the 2nd level Master Data Team is unable to solve.
• Collaborate with Master Data developers and application owners to develop effective solutions. Communicate with Application Owners to gather detailed information about CRs, and provide estimates of the development effort required.
• Conduct problem management tasks, including root cause analysis of recurring issues, and propose actionable solutions to resolve them.
• Oversee the Master Data application release process, ensuring smooth execution and involvement in related project activities.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with application owners, developers, and support teams.
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL or C# programming.
• A strong willingness to learn and gain in-depth knowledge of Master Data applications, the associated data objects, their dependencies, and the related interfaces.
• Excellent logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn quickly, be self-motivated, and proactively drive tasks to completion.
