About the role

As a Marketing & Support Executive at Premier Skills & Education Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in promoting the company's training and education services to potential clients in the Kuala Lumpur area. This full-time position will see you collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, while also providing administrative and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote the company's training programs and services
• Generating leads and following up with prospective clients through phone, email, and in-person outreach
• Preparing and delivering presentations to showcase the company's offerings
• Providing excellent customer support to clients, addressing their queries and ensuring their needs are met
• Assisting with the coordination and organisation of training events and workshops
• Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general office support

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or customer service role, preferably in the education or training industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as social media and email marketing
• A passion for education and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company
