Summary:
• The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. This includes conducting market research, creating campaigns, managing digital platforms, and analysing performance data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:
• Manage, and implement end-to-end marketing strategy, for the exclusive distribution portfolio of both B2B and B2C brand communications
• Conducting research, ideation and strategies based on the industry market trend to identify the right target audience and develop short, medium, and long-term marketing plans
• Identifying and sourcing effective marketing and advertising opportunities, maintaining and ensuring the consistency of our brand's tone of voice across all marketing materials
• Planning and coordinating all marketing promotional activities including internal and external events such as podcasts, webinars, exhibitions, interview
• Planning and developing all creative development and content production for pre-, ongoing and post-marketing activities, ensuring the publishment of communication materials is on time through digital and traditional media
• Working closely with creative agencies in supporting the marketing communication materials development, reviewing, and proofreading creative copy
• Tracking and monitoring of all marketing performance across all touch points through various tracking tools such as Google Analytics
• Monitoring the marketing plan budgets, maximizing the marketing performance with the given marketing budget

Qualification requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role (2-4 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, market research, and consumer behaviour.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret marketing data.
• Creative thinking with a focus on campaign development and brand awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
