In charge of marketing strategies, formulating the advertising and promotion program and working closely with the sales team to achieve the annual sales target.
Actively participate in overall planning, development, events, marketing activities and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives for the company covering all projects.
Plan and monitor Digital Marketing activities.
Lead the in-house marketing team to execute the marketing kits brochure, animation, artwork, banner, flyer, digital branding for the website, social media platforms, traditional print channels and other media advertising.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 5 years and above of experience, preferably in the Property Industry.
Experience in marketing communications with digital media is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, independent, strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
