MISSION: Manage Marketing & Sales center of excellence in a given perimeter to support the growth and business ambitions.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Lead the deployment of M&S process/standards/organizational changes in a given perimeter and provide support and counsel to business functions.
Define the Bonus calculation rules and ensure implementation locally.
Ensure Health and Safety standards are respected.
Identify customers’ needs and concerns and define the pluri-annual CRM roadmap to support M&S business ambitions.
Manage deployment of all CRM modules in line with business priorities.
Identify with Stakeholders metrics to be tracked and design dashboard accordingly.
Develop the change management plan and supervise the implementation.
Detect employee’s relevant skills to help move the company ahead.
Analyze local workforce (competency, jobs, training) and identify employee needs/concerns & recommend qualitative/quantitative actions to support the business ambitions.
Measure impact of an action plan, and/or organizational changes and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
Apply the Marketing & Sales Metier referential and ensure its application.
Steer the activity and propose action plan to close any deviation.
Animate your M&S network.
Identify and put in place the right training to close competency gaps and measure its impact vs business ambitions.
Manage the M&S and customers training center when present locally.
Put in place the training to develop employees towards reaching the business ambitions.
