Marketing Operation Executive

We are seeking an Marketing Operation Executive to support our CRM and Telemarketing teams in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This entry-level role involves data entry to systems, managing marketing campaigns, and handling customer inquiries. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data into databases and systems.
• Set up and launch marketing campaigns in the system based on the provided schedule and listing.
• Post marketing content on social channels following guidelines.
• Monitor broadcast channels and respond to customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the CRM and Telemarketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Admin, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Entry-level role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin for daily communication.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, copy-pasting, filtering).
