Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for home appliances.
• Develop engaging content (copywriting, visuals) and optimize product listings for impact.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Support website updates, online promotions, and digital ad campaigns (monitoring metrics like engagement, CTR, conversions).
• Coordinate with agencies (outsource) for promotional materials (banners, flyers, videos, etc.).

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing in-house promotional events and roadshows.
• Pre-event setup: Measure floor plans, arrange logistics (booths, displays, AV equipment), and prepare promotional materials.
• On-site duty: Manage event operations, engage with customers, and ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in meal arrangements for roadshow staff and event teams.
• Coordinate with retail teams for in-store promotions, product displays, and price tags (early bird/bundle promotions).

• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer insights (surveys, feedback).
• Track sales data, campaign performance, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics (social media, ads, website traffic).

• Maintain marketing databases, promotional materials, and campaign records.
• Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for campaigns/events.
• Proficiency in design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) for social media visuals.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin with communication skills.
• Possess minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Internet Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing promotional activities.
• Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Own personal transportation and willing to travel.
• Demonstrated ability of fresh thinking, innovation and strong marketing awareness.
• Good in Video shooting and Editing.
