Develop overall marketing strategies and rollout the blueprint/roadmaps of 360 marketing campaigns via social media, print, etc.
Coordinate offers and information for all promotions, publications, and communications regarding the brand, ensuring a consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.
Manage all social media strategies to grow organic and paid social media channels.
Strong experience managing marketing budgets throughout the year, keeping track of actual versus planned budgets and providing input and recommendations for strategic improvement.
Provide regular tracking/ROI analysis of promotions and website/email campaigns, using industry averages for ROI calculation, and apply this knowledge in future planning.
Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, as well as competition strategies, to make recommendations to management and the marketing team.
Plan and manage new store/product launches.
Work with cross-departments to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly.
Manage and liaise with internal and external business partners on the planning and execution of communication and promotional campaigns.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks required by the company.
Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalents.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
