Marketing Officer / Executive

• Develop overall marketing strategies and rollout the blueprint/roadmaps of 360 marketing campaigns via social media, print, etc.
• Coordinate offers and information for all promotions, publications, and communications regarding the brand, ensuring a consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.
• Manage all social media strategies to grow organic and paid social media channels.
• Strong experience managing marketing budgets throughout the year, keeping track of actual versus planned budgets and providing input and recommendations for strategic improvement.
• Provide regular tracking/ROI analysis of promotions and website/email campaigns, using industry averages for ROI calculation, and apply this knowledge in future planning.
• Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, as well as competition strategies, to make recommendations to management and the marketing team.
• Plan and manage new store/product launches.
• Work with cross-departments to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly.
• Manage and liaise with internal and external business partners on the planning and execution of communication and promotional campaigns.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks required by the company.
• Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalents.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
