JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Graphic Design/Business Administration/Media/Advertising/Communication/Creative or in a related field preferred.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the Marketing field.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
• Outstanding communication skills, teamwork, passionate, proactive, energetic, creative, and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Photo & Video Editing (Canva, CRM Software, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, etc).
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Need to have a strong understanding of current trends in social media.
• Able to work hand-in-hand with the brand team to support brand activities, campaigns, and operations.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Focus on promoting the company’s products and offerings.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate and schedule marketing activities, events, and meetings.
• Manage and maintain marketing databases, including contact lists.
• Handle administrative work and liaise with clients and internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end media campaigns and content creation using TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram (from observing trends/references, brainstorming, planning, to execution and evaluation).
• Perform any ad hoc tasks requested by management and the department.
