About the Company:
Create excitement and joy for children through innovative products. The company's mission is to engage young fans and foster a vibrant community through their toys club website and direct selling initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Plans:
    Create comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales through various channels, including online platforms and school events.
  2. Pricing Strategy:
    Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to establish competitive yet profitable pricing for our product range.
  3. Stock Order and Placement:
    Collaborate with logistics to ensure optimal product order and placement in school and online store, maximizing visibility and accessibility.
  4. Team Building:
    Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  5. Community Engagement:
    Build and maintain relationships with schools, clubs, and the community to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the toy industry or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in team leadership and development.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for toys and children's entertainment.

Remuneration:
MYR 7,000 - MYR 9,000
