MARKETING MANAGER / MARKETING MANAGER ASSISTANT

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, guide, plan and report on daily/weekly status of work of Designers, Social Media, E-comm (inclusive of Website, online platform) to ensure tasks are met upon your deadlines and monitor effectiveness of social media activities.
  2. Plan and execute Events, Roadshows, Product Seminars at Outlets, execute monthly A&P propaganda for updates of Advertising and Promotional activities to create Brand Awareness and Corporate Identity for the Company.
  3. Prepare Post Event reports for review by Management.
  4. Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop programmatic solutions within budgetary constraints.
  5. Organize Event photo shoots and launches for magazines and media events with in-house designers.
  6. Plan, execute, and achieve results as a Departmental Leader to ensure work aligns with Company’s objectives and deadlines.
  7. Exercise Leadership Roles for Staff in the Marketing Department.
  8. Provide weekly reports and updates on work status of your Sectors in the Marketing Department to Management.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma / Degree in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the Beauty industry / FMCG and exposure in sales-related fields. Equivalent working experience is also acceptable.
  3. High level of motivation with an ability to create a positive and engaging environment with team members, marketing team, and sales operation team.
  4. Possess a car and valid Malaysian driving license, with the ability to travel frequently to customer sites and stores.
  5. Internet and social media affinity.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to resolve issues.
  7. Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual hours when required.
  8. Good multitasking and organization skills.
  9. Strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  10. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
