Job Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Plan, execute and track marketing projects such as content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing.
- Build and maintain social media presence in China.
- Oversee the acquisition efforts of the performance marketing function in China.
- Develop and initiate marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Execute plans to drive website traffic, lead acquisition and improve conversion.
- Identify industrial forums, communities and affiliate sites, create content on these mediums on a regular basis.
- Responsible for the success, volume and costs of Baidu ads (desktop + mobile web + mobile apps, Display, Search, Native), WeChat, websites, Weibo, Baidu Tieba, Mobile Ads and other paid advertising channels in China.
- Work with designer to create landing pages, advertising materials and marketing collaterals.
- Monitor and listen actively on social community to analyze engagement, reach, comments, and sentiment.
- Supervise China paid media strategies creation.
- Ensure all marketing materials are delivered to a high standard, across a range of digital channels, within the deadline.
- Develop tracking and monitoring system to ensure KPIs are meeting targets, conduct analysis and learnings from data and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in China Marketing.
- Advanced knowledge in Baidu ads, WeChat, Banner ads, Weibo, Baidu Tieba, Mobile Ads, AppsFlyer.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing in China.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing paid social campaigns and Google AdWords campaigns.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities to analyze metrics and create reports.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels, and current on new tools and methods to build a program at scale.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Ability to organize information in a high-level way with a Can-do mentality, highly determined to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
