Marketing Manager (Johor Branch)

Job Responsibility

1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to be implemented to the respective marketing channels.
2. Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various areas, including events and digital.
3. Oversee the creation of engaging and creative content for various marketing channels, including social media posts and promotional materials.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive edge to improve marketing strategies.
5. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
6. Manage the company’s online presence, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
7. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future plans.
8. Work closely with various internal departments to align marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
9. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
10. Identify and establish partnerships with travel influencers and other relevant parties to enhance brand exposure.

Job Requirements

1. At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing; those with a travel industry background will be prioritized.
3. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
6. Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to ever-changing market conditions.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
9. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
10. Strong project management and organizational skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
