Marketing Manager (Fashion Branding & Strategic Initiatives)

The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute our fashion brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online and offline sales, and ensure the brand stands out in the competitive modest fashion market. This role involves leading the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Create innovative campaigns for social media, e-commerce platforms, and offline events.
  2. Digital Marketing Management:
    • Oversee social media strategies and ensure engaging, consistent content creation for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads) to maximize ROI.
  3. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and motivate a small marketing team, including designers, content creators, and digital marketers.
    • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of projects.
  4. Market Research & Analytics:
    • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to position our brand as a leader in modest fashion.
  5. Brand Development:
    • Strengthen our brand identity by ensuring all content aligns with the company’s values and target audience.
    • Organize events or collaborations with influencers to boost brand exposure.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
  7. Partnerships & Collaborations:
    • Identify and secure partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other brands to expand reach.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Creative thinking with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with the modest fashion market is a plus.
