The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and increasing customer engagement, promoting wellness and our quality products. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics to craft effective marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and build long-term brand loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Plan and manage campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing for performance.
- Track and adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize results.
Brand Management:
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and ensure alignment across all touchpoints.
- Increase brand visibility and strengthen market positioning.
- Manage brand reputation through proactive communication and customer engagement.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, content, and email marketing efforts.
- Develop engaging content for digital platforms to boost online visibility.
- Manage social media campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze marketing data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish KPIs for the marketing team, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness, budget usage, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct market research to track trends and competitor activities.
- Gather consumer insights to understand preferences and behaviors.
- Use data to shape marketing strategies and improve offerings.
Event Planning & Promotions:
- Plan and execute events and product launches.
- Manage promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Evaluate event success and apply learnings to future initiatives.
- Work with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, design) to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Build relationships with external partners and influencers for joint campaigns.
- Communicate marketing progress to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5 years or above of experience in marketing, preferably in the wellness and food industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital marketing techniques and passion for food and beverage industry trends.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong budget management skills, with experience in optimizing marketing spend and improving campaign ROI.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
