Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and market share for our healthcare products within the retail pharmacy and e-commerce channels.
Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 20 SKUs, adapting strategies as necessary to respond to changing market dynamics and opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure product availability, effective distribution, and optimal pricing strategies.
Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales growth targets of 15%.
