Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate marketing programs to deliver the company's business goals. Review and revise marketing programs to ensure results. Set up online sales forecasts and promotion targets for each month.
  2. Develop business plans, marketing strategies, marketing calendars, and new product development.
  3. Maintain good working relationships and coordination with the Operations team, Purchasing, and New Product Development teams to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company's short and long-term sales and profit growth objectives.
  4. Set up attractive promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.
  5. Develop effective promotion and advertising programs for assigned brands in cooperation with the Advertising Agency. Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.
  6. Responsible for advertising campaigns and know details concerning consumers and media publications.
  7. Develop media plans and seek new media opportunities to ensure effective communication.
  8. Monitor sales performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate the magnitude of impact on sales, and provide Management, Operations, and Finance with attractive promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.
  9. Work with the Purchasing team and Finance to conduct value analysis and ensure a favorable Cost of Goods ratio to sales through cost implementation projects. Continue competitor and pricing analysis and try to position our product at an accessible price to consumers.
  10. Provide Marketing-related Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports to the Managing Director and Operations Team.
  11. Responsible for pre & post-analysis of all marketing activities and reporting to the Company Director.
  12. Provide sales forecasts for the purchasing department to ensure effective stock management.
  13. Liaise with suppliers on joint promotions.
  14. Manage relationships, marketing campaigns, and support funds with major business partners.
  15. Responsible for the allocation of the marketing budget between different mediums and promotions.
  16. Handle and manage the Product Mix database.
  17. Identify stores with low sales volume and develop promotion campaigns/activities to assist stores in achieving positive results.
  18. Seek and deal with suppliers to produce marketing materials and operational requirements.
  19. Monitor the marketing budget on a monthly basis.
  20. Support the stores by providing all Marketing Material as needed.
  21. Analyze market and competitors to ensure proactive activities. Update on competitors' activities, Winning Brand Research summary, and Brand Share Research summary.
  22. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
