We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives within our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sector. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy:
Generate deep insight based on understanding of industries, customers, markets, consumers needs and competitive solutions
Lead analysis on portfolio prioritization to deliver business objectives
Plan marketing strategies to achieve the agreed goal, both financial and non-financial goal.
Marketing Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
Brand Management:
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
Develop and manage campaigns that enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
Create eye-catching, informative materials such as posters, banners, flyers, shelf-talkers, digital screens, and product brochures. Ensure these materials align with brand guidelines and reflect the product proposition effectively.
Product Launches:
Lead direct to consumer communications campaign and material development
Collaborate with product development teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
Coordinate marketing efforts to support new product introductions and promotional campaigns.
Create a compelling product offering and design appropriate point-of-sale materials, collaborating with the sales team to enhance product visibility and awareness in the market.Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various initiatives.
Monitor, tracking and report on campaign performance and budget adherence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, design, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis:
Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on marketing performance and insights.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
10+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the MNC DTC (FMCG, Consumer Healthcare) sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Skills:
Strong understanding of various marketing tools and analytics.
