Marketing Manager

About the role

IFB FREIGHTBRIDGE (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for our freight forwarding and logistics services.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and solutions to target customers
• Managing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials
• Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies
• Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer experience
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities, and optimising campaigns based on data-driven insights
• Contributing to the overall marketing and brand strategy of the company

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to measure and optimise marketing performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mindset and a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions
