MARKETING MANAGER

Marketing: Manage full scale of marketing plan within the approved budget including brand management. Preparation of yearly marketing plan and budget spending. Analyse, review and presents marketing activity on monthly basis.

Digital Marketing: Manage digital contents of digital channel such as website, YouTube/video, Instagram and Facebook ensuring the contents are appropriate and accurate all times. Manage with subordinates on the websites enquiries.

Creative & Communication: Effectively determine and transfer the key message, concept and ideas into the brand materials. Manage company positioning to ensure the key messages are reflected accurately and consistency across country’s communication.

Event & Exhibitions Management: Plan, organize and implement company events or contest such as company annual dinner for employee, appreciation dinner for dealers, Company Gala Dinner, Company Team Building, HomeDec Exhibition and other road shows. Executes marketing campaigns and plans according to the marketing calendar.

POS and Showroom Management: Co-ordinate with external agency to develop new POS materials and showroom display to ensure all the materials are install systematically and standardization within the corporate identity. Plan, implement and monitor of brands visual merchandising campaigns for new dealers’ showroom opening and existing dealers’ renovation. Liaising with media and printers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, bunting, video and social media.

Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales data including voice of customers (dealers) for improvement and event evaluation.

Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact. Report direct to company GM.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing role. Mandarin, Cantonese & English speaking & writing - need to liaise mandarin speaking clients. Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with some experience in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator would be an added advantage. Possesses own car & valid driving license. Good personality, positive, committed and responsible.

Remuneration

Basic Salary + Allowances. Performance Bonus.
