Actively contributes to the overall marketing activities of the hotel by providing strong leadership to the team. Specifically has direct influence and accountability for the overall marketing department and provide ongoing support and motivation to the team. Responsible for the effectiveness of the marketing campaign and performance and profitability of the hotel through marketing strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
At least 5 years of work experience in the hospitality industry and in a similar capacity.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
People-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Willing to be based in Port Dickson.
