Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Report and assist to AGM, Marketing
• Create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for respective project developments
• Liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals
• Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions & promotions events
• Liaise with consultants in preparation for new property launches
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any Business Field
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience
• Preferably Middle Management specializing in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Malay for both spoken and written
• 1 Full-time position available
