What You’ll Do:

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead content and digital strategy that not only builds our brand — but drives results. You’ll run campaigns, create compelling content, and own the digital funnel with one key goal: generate high-quality online leads and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Marketing
Build and manage content across blogs, social, email, and more.
Create campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects.
Optimize for SEO and organic traffic growth.
Align content with brand and commercial goals.

Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage paid ads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
Run email campaigns and landing pages that convert.
Track key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate).
Achieve monthly targets for online leads and digital sales.

Marketing Strategy & Ownership
Lead strategy across content + performance channels.
Collaborate with sales to drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
Analyze results and scale high-performing campaigns.
Own CRM and lead funnel nurturing.

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of experience in content marketing and digital campaigns.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email automation.
Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to guide decisions.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
