Job description

Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group's Health Division is partnering with a fast-growing aesthetic company in Malaysia. As the business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Marketing Specialist/Manager to join their team. This position is to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the clinic's services and products.
  • Oversee the clinic's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok) by creating engaging content and interacting with followers to enhance brand awareness.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, as well as visual and written content for social media posts, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity.
  • Responsible for building and updating the website as directed by upper management.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, provide regular reports to management, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and media partners, to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in the aesthetic and healthcare marketing industry.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by upper management as needed.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree, in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Fluent with excellent command in spoken and especially written - English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Strong proficiency in Chinese language would be advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok), email marketing, content creation and Google SEO.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a team and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in marketing analytic tools and basic design software.
  • Able to work from Monday to Saturday is a bonus. (6 days a week) 10am-5pm.
