Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or assigned region/product line) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive brand awareness, and increase market share in the competitive retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, in-store, and events.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize digital marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
  • Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
