Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)

SUMMARY OF ROLE OBJECTIVE
LOVNS is a newly established subsidiary of CY Group, specializing in high-quality coffee through our business café.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote LOVNS, enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive sales. This role requires a creative, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques, particularly within the food and beverage industry.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the café’s brand and business goals.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Campaign Management:

  1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and local events.
  2. Create and manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.

Content Creation:

  1. Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials.
  2. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Brand Management:

  1. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  2. Monitor and manage the café’s online reputation, responding to reviews and feedback.
  3. Develop and implement loyalty programs, promotions, and special events to attract and retain customers.
  4. Utilize customer feedback and data to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.

Partnerships and Networking:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media to enhance brand exposure.
  2. Collaborate with other local businesses for cross-promotions and joint events.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the management team.
  3. Work closely with the café’s management team to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
  4. Lead and mentor a small marketing team or coordinate with external agencies as needed.

ROLE REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food and beverage or café industry.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Creative thinking with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  6. Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.

Working Conditions:

  1. This role requires to be based in One Utama (retail outlet) & Bangsar (office).
  2. Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
