Marketing Internship

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of marketing events such as trade shows, product launches, and customer engagement activities. The candidate will also assist with premium design and sourcing, showroom design, marketing collateral creation, and campaign management.

A day in the life of...

• Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events such as trade shows, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
• Help with logistical arrangements, attendee tracking, and event promotion.
• Support the team in organizing event materials and coordinating with vendors.
• Assist in researching and sourcing branded merchandise and promotional materials for campaigns.
• Support the team in the design process of premium items to align with marketing goals and brand identity.
• Help track orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in the design and layout of showroom displays and visual merchandising strategies.
• Help in organizing showroom updates, arranging product displays, and maintaining the showroom aesthetic.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure showroom design is aligned with campaign themes and branding guidelines.
• Assist in creating digital and print marketing materials like brochures, flyers, social media content, and presentations.
• Support the design team with basic design work, image editing, and content layout.
• Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency and quality.
• Support in creating campaign proposals and collaborate effectively with the digital and product marketing team.
• Help coordinate and track the progress of marketing campaigns across different channels.
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and generating reports with key insights.
• Support the team in executing campaign deliverables and timelines.
• Other assigned duties by superior/management from time to time.

What will make you successful

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• No working experience required.
• PC Skills: Basic Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Foster teamwork & interpersonal skills.
• Interest in marketing, design, and event management.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Envato Elements, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft & Google Tools (Slides, Word, Excel, etc.).
