As a Marketing Associate, you will support Shopee’s marketing initiatives by executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and engaging users across various channels. You will work closely with internal teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Development, Operations, Design) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  3. Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, generating insights for improvement.
  4. Manage and update content on Shopee’s platform, social media, and other marketing channels.
  5. Coordinate partnerships and collaborations with brands, influencers, and external stakeholders.
  6. Support Shopee’s promotional events, online sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), and product launches.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  8. Develop and proofread marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and in-app banners.
  9. Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting for marketing activities.
  10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and consumer behavior insights to refine marketing strategies.
Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with availability to start work full-time in 2025.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  4. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO platforms is a plus.
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content creation.
  6. Strong communication and project management skills.
  7. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and branding consistency.
  9. Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
