Marketing Executive (Sungai Long, Kajang)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and execute marketing activities which deliver on the marketing strategies, aligned to overall strategy of company goals.
• Develop marketing collateral and Point of Sales Material (POSM).
• Work with in-house designers to produce POSM visuals within company brand guidelines.
• Assist in executing and monitoring promotion activities.
• Explore and identify joint promotion or brand collaboration opportunities.
• Plan and execute above the line marketing communication from ambassador, brand partnership or KOL.
• Monitor, review, track and report on all sales and marketing activities conducted.
• Collect, compare and analyze market brand marketing activities.
• Handle and respond promptly to all incoming inquiries related to sales in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate booking/reservation to all outlets.
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare sales toolkit.
• Assist in any ad hoc marketing projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Proven work experience in Sales or Marketing background.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Language requirements: Chinese, English & Bahasa Melayu.
