Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using insights and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or 1-2 years of related working experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital branding.

Skills:
Ability to shoot, edit, and optimize video content for engagement.
Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools
Fluent in Mandarin, Malay and English (writing & speaking). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and engagement techniques.
Experience in scriptwriting for short-form video content
Strong design skills to create social media artworks and reels
Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
