An exciting multi-function marketing role in a fast-growing global digital platform services company; looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and confident degree-level professional with experience or proven interest in bringing value to the Marketing department.
As a versatile marketer, you will handle digital marketing materials, content for social media channels, translation and localization of the company’s products, website, online advertising marketing activities, inquiries, channels content, and support to boost brand awareness and manage projects that will drive revenue growth for our business. This role will work across functions and interact with interdepartmental colleagues, as well as senior leaders.
Job Description:
- Research and regularly report to the Malaysian Marketing Manager for social media content that builds audience engagement.
- Manage and grow a variety of social media channels with regular and engaging content, events, and incentive programs to drive traffic.
- Execute digital advertising and campaigns on various channels, sites, and portals relevant to the industry for Malay.
- Liaise with various team members globally including writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc. to create engaging content, including written and design creations.
- Coordinate with the Streamer team to collaborate with and support KOL, influencers, and streamers on multiple content channels and accounts.
- Coordinate the design and creation of visuals, edit, publish, and share content to promote products and services.
- Reply to social media inquiries, DMs, and comments to maintain engagement rate.
- Monitor social media insights/analytics to regularly evaluate and modify the content strategy.
- Collaborate in content calendar planning, ensuring alignment with approved campaigns and management requests.
- Stay up to date with developments and competitor activities to generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
- Respond to client requirements and account manager inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
The Successful Candidate:
- Native fluency in Malay and strong proficiency in English.
- Excellent writing skills, particularly related to marketing taglines/captions.
- Good communication skills, creative, and result-oriented.
- 1-2 years of experience in iGaming industry Marketing.
- Has working experience in the related field (Digital Marketing).
- Skills in graphic designing (Canva, Photoshop, or video making) is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
