Marketing Executive, eCommerce

Job Description:

1. List and update products on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
2. Write compelling product descriptions, optimize listings with SEO keywords, and upload high-quality images.
3. Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales trends and customer feedback.
4. Assist in creating and executing online marketing campaigns to promote products and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
5. Manage social media platforms by posting engaging content and responding to queries.
6. Collaborate with the design team to develop promotional materials such as banners, posters, and newsletters.
7. Pack parcels for shipping, ensuring products are securely packaged and labeled accurately.
8. Coordinate with courier services to arrange timely deliveries and resolve any shipping issues.
9. Maintain an organized inventory of packing materials and report stock levels for replenishment.
10. Handle customer inquiries related to product listings, orders, and shipping via email, chat, or phone.
11. Keep records of shipments, invoices, and order details for accurate tracking and reporting.
12. Assist in maintaining and organizing the e-commerce inventory system.

Job Requirements:

1. A passion for marketing.
2. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
4. Has own transportation.
5. Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English.
