Marketing Executive/Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Executive/Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPR, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to management.
• Have strong knowledge in digital marketing and be able to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for new and existing properties.
• Prepare and monitor advertising & promotion budget.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and executing all marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, online marketing, and social media materials. Suggest offline marketing tools.
• Have strong property market sense and be able to propose the right product mix for various locations with minimal guidance from senior manager.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market surveys, and provide feedback on market needs and latest trends.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, and road shows.
• Assist and coordinate with the sales team and attend to sales inquiries (where necessary).
• Create a marketing monthly calendar, ensuring that ad campaigns run on time.
• Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably within the property industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with basic knowledge of content planning and copywriting for social media platforms, including Meta, RED 小红书, TikTok, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Possess own transport and be willing to work on weekends (during sales events, where necessary).
