Job description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Asian Tourism International College (ATI College) in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in driving the college's marketing and communications strategies, helping to engage prospective students, promote our diverse programme offerings, and amplify our brand presence.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Create compelling content such as blog posts, social media updates, brochures, and multimedia assets to showcase our programmes and college experience.
  • Manage and optimise our social media platforms to increase engagement and build a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to generate qualified leads and support the student recruitment process.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimise marketing campaigns.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
