Marketing Executive

KARUNA is looking for a marketing executive for developing and implementing marketing strategies for both KARUNA and client projects. The main goal is to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
2. Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns
3. Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts
4. Creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels
5. Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed
6. Collaborating with other departments to develop effective marketing strategies
7. Communicating with customers and networking with industry contacts to gather feedback and to stay informed of new developments and opportunities
8. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and trends

Job Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in promotion and marketing activities
3. Strong writing skills
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
5. Self-motivated and results-driven
6. Possess own transport and willing to travel
7. Knowledge of marketing techniques and tools, including digital marketing and social media
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
